What DeedWindow is

DeedWindow lists upcoming property tax sales in the states it covers, each labeled with its sale type, and explains how redemption works in those states as their statutes say. Every listing comes from a verified source. Anyone can search the sale calendar; paid plans add the property list and the research we gather on each property.

What DeedWindow is not

DeedWindow is information only. It is not legal, tax or investment advice, and it never says whether to bid. Sales are postponed, cancelled and changed by the county, and a listing can be out of date the moment the county posts a change. Confirm every sale and its terms with the county before bidding.

Accounts and plans

• Searching the calendar needs no account.
• Paid plans are subscriptions billed by Stripe, monthly or yearly, at the prices shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. Card details go to Stripe; they never reach our servers.
• You can cancel any time from your account page. Access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Using the service

• Plans are for your own use. Do not copy, resell or republish the listings or the research.
• Do not probe, scrape or overload the service. We may close an account that does.
• Coverage is not complete everywhere. When a state is only partly covered, the search says so when that state is selected.

Changes and availability

We may change the service, the plans or these terms. When we change these terms we update the date at the top of this page. We may pause or stop the service; if a paid plan is affected, we will tell you by email.

Liability

The service is provided as it is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, DeedWindow is not liable for any loss that comes from relying on a listing, a date, a status, a minimum bid or a description of the law found here.
