Privacy

What we collect

• Searching the calendar collects nothing about you.
• An account is your email address and a password, which we store only as a hash.
• With a paid plan we keep your watchlist, your notes and your alert preferences: the states, counties and sale types you chose, and whether you want email or Telegram alerts.
• The contact form sends us the name, email address and message you type.
• Our servers keep short-lived logs of requests (address, time, page) for security and rate limiting.

Cookies

One cookie, set when you sign in, keeps you signed in. It holds a random session token and nothing else. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.

Payments

Stripe handles cards and billing. We store your subscription status and its period so we know which plan you have; we never see or store card numbers.

Email and Telegram

We email you to answer your messages, to tell you about your account, and to send the alerts you turn on. Every alert email carries a one-click unsubscribe link. Telegram alerts go only to a chat you link yourself, and you can unlink it any time.

Who sees it

Nobody but us and the services that run the site for us (hosting, email delivery, Stripe for billing). We do not sell or share your information for marketing.

Keeping and deleting

Your account data stays while the account exists. To delete your account and everything tied to it, write to info@deedwindow.com from the account’s email address.

Changes

When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
